The Good for Nothing Seventh Young Lady

Chapter 1339 – Trouble (3)

Shen Jing creased his brows. He also thought that this would be the case.

“It is better to avoid unnecessary trouble. That Shui Miao is after all still a member of the Silvermoon Guards. If

you get into a conflict with him now, you will certainly have troubles in the future. You should just listen to the

leader and leave first.” An Ran was somewhat anxious

Shen Yanxiao glanced at An Ran then said, “Since the Qingyuan Tribe has already found out about me, if I don’t

give them a statement today, they will surely not give up. Letting me leave like this, is it really Leader An Yan’s

idea or yours?”

An Ran slightly froze, then a trace of panic appeared on his handsome face.

Shen Yanxiao got up and looked at An Ran whose eyes had a hint of nervousness, “You want to take my place, meet

with the Qingyuan Tribe and beg for forgiveness, is that it?”

Leaving through the back door seemed to be a proper method, but Shen Yanxiao believed that An Yan would not let

her do this.

This was clearly the idea of An Ran himself. He wanted her to temporarily leave the Moonshine Tribe so that she

could not find out what he was going to do next.

Only when Shen Yanxiao had left could An Ran replace Shen Yanxiao and go to Shui Miao to beg forgiveness.

An Ran’s face turned pale in an instant. He looked at Shen Yanxiao with his mouth opened, but he did not say

anything.

The incident of Shui Ling had happened because of him. Shen Yanxiao had already helped him too much. He did

not want her to be implicated in his affairs anymore.

“Isn’t it just a tribe? I will go meet them. I don’t think they will be unreasonable.” Shen Yanxiao smiled leisurely and

indifferently, as if this matter could be solved at once through a good talk. Only, there was no smile in her eyes at

all.

Without waiting for An Ran to answer, Shen Yanxiao had already stepped out of the door first.

An Ran’s expression changed and he immediately chased her down. Only Duan Xue and Shen Jing were left in the

room now.

“Little Xue, do you want to see the excitement?” Shen Jing smiled mischievously. He would like to see how his

niece would handle this matter.

Duan Xue nodded her head.

Outside the door of the Moonshine Tribe, a tall and handsome elf was standing together with ten or so elves wearing

the badge of the Qingyuan Tribe.

Standing opposite them were the Moonshine Tribe elves, headed by An Yan.

“Shui Miao, what do you want to do this time?” An Feng asked loudly as he fixedly stared at Shui Miao.

Shui Miao responded in a cold voice, “Want to do? This is what I want to ask your tribe. You are hiding the

murderer who killed my brother in your residence without cause or reason. What evil intentions are you all

harboring? Although our Qingyuan Tribe is at odds with your Moonshine Tribe, this matter has nothing to do with

you all. I don’t want to find you any trouble. As long as you hand over the elf called Yan Xiao, I will leave your

door at once.”

An Yan’s face was still as serene as usual while she looked at Shui Miao, and her voice, just like a river stream,

unhurriedly sounded.

“Yan Xiao is a guest of the Moonshine Tribe, and the Moonshine Tribe will never hand over a guest.”

“It looks like you are so determined to protect her, aren’t you?” Shui Miao sneered.

Shui Miao was the best elf in the Qingyuan Tribe, otherwise he would not have passed the selection exam of the

Silvermoon Guards a few years ago. Shui Miao was previously standing guard in Moonshine City. Only after he

returned to their tribe not long ago did he hear the news that his brother was killed in the advanced training camp by

an elf!

The truth was, Shui Miao and Shui Ling were a pair of twin brothers. Although Shui Miao was not too satisfied with

the aptitude of his younger brother, blood was still thicker than water. His brother had died inexplicably, how could

he be willing to take things lying down!
