Xu Yan let go of Dong Xuebing’s hand when they were talking. Before he could say anything, she placed her hand on his thigh, making him tense again. She asked. “Have you made up with your wife after that quarrel?”

“Yes. We made up after I returned home.”

“That’s great. Quarrels between couples are common.”

“Yes. Thanks for comforting me.”

“I have been through more than you, and you are much better than me regarding relationships.”

“Don’t say that. It’s your ex-husband who doesn’t know how to appreciate you.”

Xu Yan looked at Dong Xuebing and smiled. “Do you think I am pretty?”

Xu Yan looked at Dong Xuebing and asked suddenly. “Then…. Are you interested in me?”

Xu Yan laughed. “Very interested?”

Dong Xuebing tapped his forehead. “Yes…. You know that I am easily attracted to women. You are so pretty and have a good figure. I…. Sigh… What am I saying? I think I am drunk too. Just forget what I said.”

Xu Yan smiled. “Why should I forget? What you said made me happy. A young and capable man interested in my body means I am still attractive. Shouldn’t I be happy?”
