Chapter 1863 - Moon Mirror

My Cold and Elegant CEO Wife

Chapter 1863: Moon Mirror

Qingfeng frowned when he saw this woman in white, with doubt and confusion filling his eyes, because she looked like a female friend of Qingfeng’s on Earth called Xiaoyue Zhang.

Qingfeng looked at the Moon Saintess before him with millions of thoughts and emotions, as he missed Xiaoyue Zhang dearly.

If Qingfeng loved Xue Lin and Ruyan Liu the most, then his best female friends would be Xiaoyue Zhang, Wanqiu Xia, and Mengyao Xu.

Qingfeng and Xiaoyue had been through a lot, as the two shared light hints of mutual secret admiration.

Although Qingfeng liked Xiaoyue very much, they sadly separated. Xiaoyue did not cultivate and was now only a normal person, who still lived in earth.

Qingfeng had already arrived at Crimson Fire Continent, became a powerful self-cultivator, and even reached the spirit monarch realm.

He wasn’t able to find Mengyao Xu on earth, but he managed to do so on Mars. However now that Qingfeng met a person who looked so much like Xiaoyue, he was shocked.

If Qingfeng hadn’t seen Xiaoyue when he left earth, and confirmed that she was still on earth, he would definitely suspect this woman to be Xiaoyue.

The Moon Saintess looked at Qingfeng before her, as she frowned. For some odd reason, there was a strange feeling inside of her. She felt that this youth looked familiar, but she couldn’t name him, or pinpoint where this feeling was coming from.

The Moon Saintess shook her head, as she chased away the familiarity in her mind. She secretly thought, I’m the Saintess from the sacred place. My grandfather is a first-generation saint. How could I be familiar with this youth?

The Moon Saintess lightly smiled and looked especially beautiful when she did, exactly like Xiaoyue Zhang.

Qingfeng opened his mouth and said, “Little sis Xiaoyue, is that you?”

The Moon Saintess appeared to be upset when she heard, and she said, “Don’t call me little sister so abruptly, I’m not Xiaoyue. I’m called Yue Zhang, or you could call me Moon Saintess.”

Qingfeng sighed as he realized that even though this woman looked a lot like Xiaoyue, she was a completely different person.

If this Moon Saintess before them was Xiaoyue, then she would’ve already poured into his arms and called him bigger brother.

Qingfeng’s face grew awkward, as he apologized, “Sorry, I’ve mistaken you for a friend of mine, who looks exactly like you.”

The Moon Saintess lightly looked at Qingfeng without another word. Oddly enough, she thought this youth before her wasn’t lying; maybe she really did look a lot like a friend of his.

However, she was the descendant of a sacred place and had her own mission this time on the Crimson Fire Continent. She was here to find a secret treasure, which had to deal with the legacy of the sacred place.

The Moon Saintess looked at Qingfeng and said, “I heard from my servants that you have questions to ask me. So, what is it?”

Qingfeng lightly smiled, and pushed Xiaoyue’s matters aside, because he now wanted to know about Xue Lin.

Qingfeng breathed in a gasp of air and said, “Moon Saintess, I want to know about the Crown Prince of the Wind Eagle Dynasty. Is Xue Lin following him? Where are they now?”

The Moon Saintess nodded as she focused her mind and pulled out a mirror from her interspatial ring. This mirror wasn’t very big, only the size of a palm, completely silver white, like the white snow, as it glowed with a crystal gleam.

A fate symbol was sculpted on the back of the mirror. The fate symbol was an eight trigram, with eight directions, and a moon sculpted on the front.

Ya Yun’s face changed when she saw this mirror, and as her eyes filled with shock, she said quietly, “How is this possible? How did the legendary treasure appear?”

Ya Yun was the lady of the biggest Crimson Fire Continent Business Alliance, so she clearly knew of legendary spiritual treasures.

She once saw a saint’s spiritual treasure called the Moon Mirror in some records of the ancient era. If you told it what you wanted to know, the Mirror would respond.

However, ten thousand years ago, the Moon Mirror was stolen and never appeared again. No one would imagine that the Moon Mirror that even saints sought after would now appear in the hands of the Moon Saintess.

Qingfeng also frowned, because he had heard a lot of secrets from the Dark Night Emperor, which all told of ancient mysteries that involved saints and immortals.

For example, Qingfeng’s Golden Flame was a rare gem, at the same level as the Moon Mirror, and the Mirror was no weaker than the Golden Flame.

Of course, the Golden Flame was most powerful in its attack capabilities, as it was amongst the top one hundred flames in the universe, while the Moon Mirror’s powers weren’t in attack, but was rather to gather information.

At this moment, Qingfeng finally knew why the Moon Business Alliance would be considered a famous major Business Alliance in the universe. As long as one had the Moon Mirror, they could easily investigate any information they wanted.

The Moon Mirror could easily investigate all self-cultivators under the saint grade, and of course, the Moon Mirror wasn’t able to show those above saint grade, such as powerful spirit monarch realm masters like the Planet Ruler.

Qingfeng grew excited as his cheeks reddened in anticipation.

Qingfeng’s heartbeat even sped up, because he knew that as long as there was the Moon Mirror, he would definitely be able to get news of Xue Lin.

Qingfeng walked over to the Moon Saintess, raised his palm and patted his chest to calm his heartbeat, in attempts to calm his nerves.

He breathed in heavily, bowed at the Moon Saintess, and said with respect, “Thank you Saintess for using such a treasure. If you can find Xue Lin, then I’ll owe you a big favour.”

The Moon Saintess didn’t care about what Qingfeng said, because she had immense power and background.

Hardly anyone in the Crimson Fire Continent dared to offend her, and even the Planet Ruler of Crimson Fire Continent dared not to do anything when he saw the Moon Saintess because there was a saint backing her.

Qingfeng said into the Moon Mirror, “I want to know of the Wind Eagle Crown Prince and Xue Lin. Where are they now?”

The Moon Mirror was initially white and blank, like clouds, but also like snow, or like the moon, which blurred people’s vision, as stars, and void switched, and as heaven and universe crossed.

Gradually images appeared on the Mirror, which grew clearer, as Xue Lin’s face appeared on its surface.

Xue Lin was now with her master, Tian Xuan, and Wind Eagle Crown Prince, as they entered a city, in front of a hotel, as if they looked for a place to live.
