Chapter 239
Commanding Wind and Cloud
Chapter 239: From the Heaven to the Hell
Qian Jin held his smile and saw Gabriella slowly take out her letter of admission. The two warriors’ reaction represented the attitude that the Punitive Expedition Academy held toward Gabriella. On what earth could this greedy teacher extort money from Gabriella?
The entire room which was in a pressing atmosphere became more suffocating, making people eager to leave here as soon as possible. The ceiling seemed to be covered by grey clouds in the blink of an eye.
Heyse Kinas’s face was so sullen that there seemed to be raindrops falling down from it. He kept knocking on the desk with his fingers and looked Gabriella up and down through his angry eyes. He hadn’t ever seen such a stupid student for all those years since he became a instructor!
No! Maybe she felt confident as she had the letter of admission? Heyse Kinas took a deep breath, thinking that only by expelling her and setting her as an example to intimidate the other students, or else they would not know how terrifying he was!
“Let’s open our eyes and see what your name is…”Heyse Kinas seized the letter of admission held in Gabriella’s hands, “Gabriella! Hum! Is your name Gabriella? Gabriella! Ga…Gabriella?”
Heyse Kinas jumped up from his chair fiercely, as if there was an iron nail pricked into his buttocks.
Heyse Kinas felt as if there was a meteor falling on his head out of the blue as he was strolling around the street. His entire head was buzzing, and he had lost the basic thinking abilities.
Gabriella! Was she the super prodigious mage who cast a spell on the general exam which made all other mages give up the competition? It was said that she, this super talent, smashed the record of the mages’ world and had become the youngest Supreme Mage ever in history!
Heyse Kinas looked at the ground, feeling unbelievable as this bashful girl didn’t have any lofty or overwhelming manner. Her presence didn’t feel like a legendary gifted mage at all.
Heyse Kinas felt a chill on both his hands and feet, as it was not that terrifying to irritate a talented mage, but it would be to offend the person at the back of the prodigy.
Who was the person at the back of this prodigious mage? Heyse Kinas didn’t know whether there were other people backing up Gabriella, but he was sure was that their female principal stood for her; she was increasingly cranky recently. She did not only torture the students but also held severe punishments on the intructors in each branch upon their mistakes.
One thing both the students and the instructors of the Punitive Expedition Academy did on a daily basis was praying for Gabriella to insist on her choice of going to their school instead of being attracted to any other school.
Duren Burg crossed his arms in front of his chest, looking at Heyse Kinas whose face turned from lofty into snow-like pale, “Gabriella, the instructor has already said that you’re being expelled from school. Why are you still standing there? Why don’t you go away and not to disturb anyone? I am in touch with the Royal Warrior Academy, how about I introduce you to them? Maybe they will sympathize with you and take you in.”
“No way!” Heyse Kinas raised his hands from the desk and shouted. “No!”
“Why not?” Duren Burg sneered, “Or you can go to the Heavenly Punishment Warrior Academy as I know someone there as well.”
Heyse Kinas had already jumped away from his seat and was standing by the gate of the office gazing at Gabriella nervously. He then glared at Duren Burg, wanting to swear him but was allowed no time to do so. The priority was holding onto Gabriella, the whimsical female mage. If she left here, the principal might put on a “massacre”.
“I…I just…”Heyse Kinas wanted to say that he was just joking just now. But upon seeing Duren Burg’s aggressive look, he uttered a long sigh and said, “I was wrong. Gabriella, we have been waiting for you for a long time. You! Go inform our principal, tell her that dear Gabriella has come for registration.”
The warrior standing by the gate of the office looked at Heyse Kinas, feeling relieved that this instructor, who always found trouble for the students and forced them to bribe him, got on the wrong side of the new student no one dared to offend!
Seeing that Gabriella was not intending to leave, Heyse Kinas’s pending nerves were softened. He then looked to Duren Burg, the newly-enrolled student who behaved badly towards him just now.
“I couldn’t afford to displease the gifted mage student, but I can give you a lesson! The warrior student who came late?” Heyse Kinas paced back and forth in his office as he started looking at Duren Burg up and down while recalling the list of students who hadn’t come for the registration. As he figured out that there weren’t any important figures of whom he couldn’t get on the wrong side of, he made a harsh cough.
“Warriors! The Warriors are a group that attaches great importance to discipline, as well as strengths…”Heyse Kinas spoke in a drawling way. He was planning to shift the topic onto an examination and try to beat this student into a hospital.
“Instructor…” Duren Burg smiled and heaved his shoulder for relaxation, by which the latent primary bloodline awakening power was unleashed directly. Soon, the black flesh armor that took on the shape of scales crawled on his body, his pupils turned as dark as black crystals in a blink, and his fingernails poked out like slender sabers, colliding with each other to produce a loud clanking sound.
Level 8 Demon Fighter! A Hydra Bloodline Warrior, one of the top ten bloodline warriors of Zence Empire suddenly made his debut in this small office. His warrior power which was full of aggressive intent kept expanding, expanding and expanding to the surroundings!
Heyse Kinas’s face, which had turned a bit normal became sullen again. A bloodline warrior! A noble Hydra Bloodline Warrior! The Hydra Bloodline Warrior which was in the top-tier ranking among the top ten bloodline warriors! “Am I dreaming? Not only had the gifted mage come today, but also a Hydra Bloodline Warrior!”
Heyse Kinas pinched his thighs secretively, and the pain indicated that he was not dreaming. What was happening was true! But it was strange that a warrior of the Hydra Bloodline Warrior family, whom solely enrolled at the Roaring Wind Warrior Academy in history would come to Punitive Expedition Academy.
“Instructor, I am a warrior who hates obeying the rules.” Duren Burg put his hands gently on the desk, and locked his black-crystal like eyes onto Heyse Kinas, “So you are saying that I am not eligible to enter the Punitive Expedition Academy?”
“Ah…” Heyse Kinas felt like he was hit by a heavy hammer. Generally, the students uniformly turned docile in front of him, but this warrior student behaved so aggressively today. Given his temper, he would give this student a harsh lesson. However, a Hydra Bloodline Warrior…
“Only those powerful warriors are qualified to have their distinctive characters! The Punitive Expedition Academy takes the nurturing of open-minded and free-thinking warriors as the goal”
A loud and mesmerizing soprano-like voice came from outside of the room. Qian Jin couldn’t help but to turn his back and discovered that the one walking into the room was so young.
Judging from the appearance, she seemed to be around 22 or 23. But seen from the temperament, this female spokesman was at least 26 or 27 years old.
With light blue hair tied into a ponytail behind her head and crimson warrior outfit on her body, this lady looked like a beam of burning fire from afar. But when she came close to you, you would feel that she was a red rose in full blossom that was pretty and delicate! Meanwhile, she made people timid to approach her, as if they would be stabbed by her thorns.
“Principal…” Heyse Kinas was embarrassed and looked nervous as he walked toward her, praying that Isabell, the cranky bloodline warrior with a tenure of one year would be in a better mood with the joining of Gabriella.
“Hydra Bloodline Warrior?” Isabella crossed her arms in front of her chest, by which her bosom protruded in a magnificent way. Her light golden eyes looked at Duren: “A Level 8 Demon Fighter of your age? Have you acquired bloodline power upon natural awakening? If you have woke up the bloodline via the awakening altar, you could have advanced into a Demon Capturer, no?”
“As for you…” Isabella turned back and glared at Heyse Kinas hard, “you almost drove the student that I was waiting for away. I will settle the matter later!”
“Gabriella…” When Isabella turned to Gabriella, the angry look on her face turned into a sheer smile that looked like a mouthwatering rose. No man could stop himself from having a crush on her, “Welcome to Punitive Expedition Academy. I have been waiting for you for a long time.”
Seeing the quick change of expression on Isabella’s face, Qian Jin said to himself that was she the legendary principal? So young? Was she a Demon? She was able to change her face so fast that it was comparable to a Demon species?
“Glad to see you.” Gabriella made another 90-degree bow, and her big black mage hat kept dancing, “I’m Gabriella. Nice to meet you.”
Isabella made a long exhale. It was so lucky that Heyse Kinas hadn’t expelled this talented Supreme Mage who seemed a little bashful about making contact with strangers! Otherwise, killing Heyse Kinas wasn’t enough to vent her anger.
The longer Isabella gazed at Gabriella, the more she was falling for her. Her goal was to try hard and increase the academy’s ranking and more budget from the empire to prove to her family members that she was the most excellent!
“Great great great. I’m fine. Now that you have come, I cannot become much better.” Isabella’s eyes looked like crescents upon smiling, “I’m surprised that you have also brought a Hydra Bloodline Warrior here. But in my memory, the Hydra Bloodline Warriors would solely choose the Roaring Wind Warrior Academy. It turns out that I’m really fortunate this year.”
